Anime
So what is Anime...
"Anime is an animated visualization of different fictional stories popularly known as Manga in Japan". Manga is a style of Japanese comic books and novels which is written by Manga Artist (Mangaka in Japanese). Different programs are used for animation and the ones who do this are called Animators.
Anime is very similar to movies and tv-series which is acted by Role-Playing Real-Life Actors . The difference is that in Anime, role is played by 2-D characters. There are many movies and series in Anime which are simply a visual treat to anyone. You might have watched Beyblade and Pokemon in your childhood ,then I should tell you they both are Animes. Animes are also of different Genres like Adventure, Romance, Comedy, Isekai, Sports, Slice of Life, Shonen, etc., Beyblade is all Sci-fi and Action Sport and Pokemon is full of Adventure and Fantasy Comedy.
My Views
If you want to know my views.. .To be honest I am a big fan of Anime. I love watching Anime. For me watching Anime is like diving into a beautiful pool of emotions after a harsh day of busy schedule to relieve stress. Well! I am a Weeb , I am an Otaku. Lol!
Difference between Anime and Cartoon
And now I want to make one thing clear to my beloved readers that " Anime is not a Cartoon " .
- Anime is a pool of emotions based on life issues in their own respective storylines with which we can somewhat relate ourselves .On the other hand Cartoon is all focused mostly on Comedy and Sarcasm.
- Cartoon may be or may not be animated but Anime is itself derived from the word Animation.
- Graphic Art of Anime is on a whole new level as compared to Cartoon.

- Your Lie in April - Romance, Drama , Music
- Death Note - Mystery, Psychological Thriller
- Your Name - Romance , Drama, Fantasy
- Violet Evergarden - Coming-of-age, Fantasy
- Demon Slayer - Adventure, Dark Fantasy
- Hunter x Hunter - Adventure Fiction, Fantasy, Shonen
- Attack on Titan - Action, Dark Fantasy, Post-apocalyptic
- Jujutsu Kaisen - Adventure, Dark Fantasy, Supernatural, Shonen
- I want to eat your Pancreas - Coming of Age, Drama
If you do not watch Anime and ever wanted to move through the passage of 2-D visuals full of Aesthetically appealing scenes , Action-based awesome graphic arts, complex plots, affective storylines and passionate and soulful characters with exaggerated physical features then I definitely prefer you the ones mentioned above by me.
